I plan to order a replacement oven element that looks like a match to the old one's size as measured - SUPCO Universal Gas and Electric Range Heating Element (Black). The old one stopped working a while ago and I am hoping that replacing it will get it back up and working. However, I do not know if it is ok to use this in the broiler spot, on top? Is there an element that is specifically for broiling and another for baking?? The product description doesn't explain... Thanks for the guidance in advance!
