A model number may help others help you.

You have to find out what that "crack" was.

Check the elements to be sure one of them has not burned out.

Check the control board for any signs of an electrical spark.
Check the wiring from the control board to the elements.

Do all the above with the unit unplugged.

This stove is a classic series. I was cooking on the glass top stove and had turned on the stove to heat it up and I heard a crack and then it tripped the breaker. The stove top still works and the time and all controls work for the oven (by this I mean the numbers light up and I can set the temperature and set the clock and the clock works but the oven does not work at all. I'd appreciate any help I can get.
