The oven of this slide in range has had some difficulty igniting and/or reigniting/cycling to maintain oven temp setting. I notice a throttling noise when I start it sometimes and when I give the gas valve assembly a light tap it starts to function normally. When it gets to temp, it is accurate as measured with an oven therm. Is the gas valve the culprit or should electronics be diagnosed?
