Hi All,

I have DCS CT-365BK Gas Cooktop with 5 burners.

When I turn the bottom right or top left knobs then there was constant clicking of the middle igniter. When I turn on any of the other three knobs then the cooktop works as expected.

I took apart each of the burners and cleaned them up. Now that clicking of the igniter is gone.

However, when I tried to take off the Venturi tube for the middle burner - I was unable to take it off. the nut was moving, but it was not coming off. Not sure, if it is connected to something on the other end. However, now the amount of gas coming out of the middle burner is too little. When I turn it full on - it is less than simmer.

What might be the issue?

Thanks,

-NJ
