Ok thanks but I think your right ...after replacing element the first time there was a small puff of smoke from the stove that we couldn't locate the source ...control panel still works for the other oven

Sounds like the control board is shot.

Double check that the element is still connected.
Chek that the wires to/from the element are OK.

Lower Element Was Broken So I Replaced..easy Fix. But New Element Wont Heat ...any Help?
