$2.34 will fix this. Take the board to an electronics supply and match up the 2 or three capicators on the board. Solder them in and done.

Depends on the type of display. If it is a fluorescent display then odds are it can be fixed if you have some electronics experience. See below http://forum.appliancepartspros...ml?highlight=dim+displayThere are companies out there that will repair obsolete boards, just Google "appliance timer repair" The problem is that the unit will be down while the board is being fixed.

Help!! I have the same problem but the control board is no longer in stock anywhere in Canada, US, etc!!! Is my only option to buy a new stove so the temperature light is no longer dim or is there a quality, compatible part!?! Please help, tenants are getting frustrated and I'm trying to find a solution other than buying a whole new stove even though everything else works just fine......

Sorry Kurt, we somehow missed your post. Kurt and Chuck, The only solution offered by Frigidaire in such situation is to replace the control board (aka a clock/timer). - The clock/timer Part number: 316080102

Hello, I have the same Fridgidaire Gallery Oven, model FGF379WECR. My Led display became very dim and eventually completely went out. Did you ever find a fix for this?
Thank you, Chuck
