	HI, Just replaced both baking elements and only the outer one is working. I do have a volt/amp meter, however I have never used one. I think this may be a problem with the thermal cutout,(whatever that is!?) but I don't even know where to look for it. This is an old slide in unit. Red is positive, Right? Ha Ha just kidding (barely) please help! Bill
