We have a single wall oven that was working yesterday. We had a power surge and outage last night. Today the Bosch oven won't heat. The light comes on saying it is on, but it only warms slightly. Top burner gets too hot to touch but not hot enough to heat or cook. We tried all different settings. The first dial is set to manual. The second we tried on broil temp and 400. The third dial I pushed a couple of times and it came out of the circular hole easily, so I don't know if the dial is broken or what part of the oven is not registering temperatures correctly.

The oven is 10 years old, and trying to figure out if this is an easy replacement part or an expensive circuit board... Any tips on what to do would be greatly appreciated.
