That could have also been the squeak noise,

Have you replaced the belt and idler pulley, yet ?

There are other possibilities,

Something stuck in the felt seal on the front tumbler support, worn out drum slides, also on the front tumbler support.

and a noisy tumbler drum shaft and bearing assembly, you'll need to remove the tumbler to check that, you need to lift up on the tumbler and pull out on the tumbler at the same time, to unlock the shaft from the bearing assembly in the back of the cabinet assembly.
