If the heating element is open then this is the culprit. No doubts about it. I don't think any other parts are involved in this problem but this is very good time to clean everything inside the dryer.

Dryer not producing any heat. Removed wires from the heating element reads open with mulitimeter. I believe it should read 7 to 10 ohms. Before I replace the heating element is there anything else I should check? Thermal cut off and thermistor both were not open.
