unplug the dryer, and take the back off. then on the bottom in the middle is the the thermal fuse. it is white in color, and is about an inch and a half long, by a half inch wide. take the two wires off, and put the terminal ends together, and put a little tape on it, so it does not hit metal. then plug it in and see if it works. if so, do not run the dryer that way, this is for testing reason only. if it does not work, it is either the door switch, or no power. tom www.appl;ianceeducator.com/parts.htm

Verify you have voltage at the terminal block first. Then check the door switch (AP2976041), and the thermal fuse (AP3132867) for complete electrical circuits. If they check good, then verify the push-to-start switch is working (AP3080767) and closing the circuit. Start with those and you will probably find your problem.
