The first thing I would do is check for 240V at the power outlet.
If there is nothing wrong then check the following parts for continuity:
1. The heating element (#17 on the
break down diagram)
2. The thermal cut-off (#6 on the
break down diagram)
3. The hi limit thermostat (#15 on the
break down diagram)
4. The cycling thermostat (#19 on the
break down diagram)
