The main soap dispenser won't open went the dishwasher is washing.
I have to put soap in the secondary open dispenser and then leave the lid open on the main dispenser, so it doesn't dispense at the appropriate time.

It's an older Whirpool dishwasher, probably 10 yrs old or so.

Any help would be appreciated. I can't find the model number on it.
