I found that a rat had chewed through the pump wires on the bottom of the dishwasher...

Hi, what was the solution on yours? I have the same issue with my GE dishwasher(GDT580SSF2SS), tried draining and cleaning out but it was still the same issue.

Did you recently put a garabage disposal in? Check the drain line that goes goes to the garbage disposal. There is a cap in there that need to be removed. I did it

I have a ge dishwasher that will not drain. I have check the filters at the bottom of the tub and checked the drain hose and everything looks good. It runs through the cycle fine, but there is just 2" of water at the end of the cycle.

Any ideas what I should look at first?
