See the attachment for the tech sheet.Yes it can be fixed.

First check the circuit breaker for the unit.
Next check the wire nut connections that connect the unit to the house wiring.
Check hat the unit is getting 120 volts.

If it has voltage remove power from the unit ad check the thermal fuse (Item 4 in Section 01). It should be 0 ohms. If blown replace it. Be sure to use the new harness that comes with the fuse.

It is a bit of a gamble but often it is just the fuse that is the problem.
