Hi,
I would check the 'Chopper' in the pump to make sure the screen is not plugged up.
It's #6 in the diagram for your dishwasher.

My first problem was the dishes on the top rack was not cleaning properly. Upon inspection, I found out that the top rack spray arm doesn't spin. How can I fix this.
