I just send the following to Whirlpool:
I post the following at WWW.appliancepartspro.com Than I found out so many people got the same problem. Do you think the touch pad has workmanship problem? And that's why the touch pad (part #9756667BL) been discontinued? Where I can get the touch pad only for replacement? Please advise. Thank you.

My original post:
My range digital lite up with error code "PF" and timer runing, but nothing working. (top burner works normal). Clock and oven not work. OVen light works. Can not cancel the error code from panel or un-plug for overnight. The control is not locked. And the fan turn on when I unplug the midle 4 leg connector from the circuit board (#9760013). What's the problem? Should I replace the Control Panel (P/N:W10122295) or Control, Migration (P/N:9760013)? or other parts or adjustment? I did took apart and clean up and make sure all connector in good condition. Please advise and thanks.

There Was A Problem With Old Panel Control.
Many Different Problems Such As Oven Not Working , Oven Not
Shutting Off , Error Messages , Clock Not Working Etc.
Then I Found Out The Real Problem Is Trying To Find A Replacement Part. My Range Was Model Gw395lepb00 And Part Was 9756667bl Which Had Been Discountinued. My Substitution Part Was Ap4263577. It Was A Little More Money Because The Front Cover Panel And Bracket Was Included To Accommadate The Mounting Of The Touch Panel Control Which Is A Little Different.
