Replaced the bake element as is it was burned off a piece. Replaced that today and now when I go to heat it up I get nothing. I can hear a relay click like before when it work as it was warming but it's not. I took all panels off and inspected wires and nothing broken or burned. Is the control display the culprit?

Here are your parts
Replacement parts for AMANA AER5735QAW Range - S/c F/s Ele | AppliancePartsPros.com

Here is the tech sheet

And a manual

I am assuming that the stove top elements work OK so you know that it is getting 240 volts.
Try Broil if that also does not work the hi-limit switch may be open.
Your unit may not have one, see below

Yes the stove top does work. Broil does not. So if my range does not have the "hi-limit" switch does that mean it's the control panel? Once again thanks for your help.

I would say yes if all the wiring looks OK.
Odds are that it is the hi-limit as this is a common problem.
