Here are your parts.
Note: They are for a SK2SS, I could find no info on the given SOK2SS.

Unplug the stove.
This is very important as one side of the element is always live, even with the element shut off.
Remove the screw/s holding the element to the back of the oven.
Gently pull the element forward. You do not want to accidentally disconnect the wires from the element.
Remove the wires from the element.
The install is just the reverse.

It is a good idea to put a clip (clothespin works) on the wires once they are in the oven cavity, so that they do not disapper into the back of the unit before you can get the new element hooked up.
