Oven door jammed closed after cleaning - F5EI message
Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years
After running the cleaning cycle, the oven door will not open - neither will the drawer. The display area flashes F5 then E1. I no longer have the manuel so I don't know what this means. Also the model number must be inside the oven or the pot drawer. How do I open the door and drawer?

It is impossible to identify the oven without correct model number. Try to post some pictures of the oven. It might help.
