Dual burner has only small burner working
Model Number: JB710WH1WW Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years
Would appreciate any help you can give me.
The dual burner on the right front of the cooktop has only the small burner working. How can I determine what part to order or what part should I order? Thanks for your help. Bob Morris Ads By Google Related Models

Hi Bob,
The problem can be a bad heating element or a bad switch for this burner. You have to check both parts for continuity in order to minimize the cost of repair.
