Just curious how difficult it is to replace the computer touch panel on this oven. Any steps or advice on replacing this part would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Why do you need to change? It's easy, but it may not solve your problem. You might be the No. 4 victim. Check out others in this forum.

Got any answer yet? File your complain to following first.

http://www.whirlpool.com/custserv/email_form.jsp

to remove the control assambly:
1. remove the four knobs.
2. remove the 6 screws at bottom of the control panel (above door).
3. remove 1 screw from each end of control panel (slide the range out about 3 inch).
4.try to tilt out the whole panel from bottom, the top is hook on the top black surface. (you might need to remove the both end cap during tilt out to move up)
5. un-plug the connector from back. (there are 3 connectors)

Good luck!
