My oven door developed a problem where the hinges would not hold it tight enough to keep the light from coming on. This has happened before and I called a service company out to replace the hinges. Five years later, they have failed again. This time, I wanted to fix them myself. I ordered the hinges from Appliance Parts Pros on the page below. However, the parts that I ordered are not in my oven. I have checked the model number twice. Attached are pictures of the hinges that are there. Can someone tell me why there is a discrepancy and what part I actually need?

Thanks,

Using your link it went to the Upper Oven section.
Thios has the hinge receivers not the actual door hinges.

I believe the section you want is an Oven Door section.
The hinges are shown there.
If you click on the picture of the hinge a new page will open with alternate views, click on it to expand it.

Thanks. Since the door does not close properly, which hinge do you think is the culprit, the one in the door or the one in the oven? If the one in the door, how do I replace it? It seems to be connected to the oven by a pin and I don't see how the pin is removed.

Here is a manual which should help
https://secured.whirlpoo...4ddde3385256a7e00524e76/$FILE/8178007.pdf

Without being there I cannot say what is shot.
My guess would be the hinges in the door as the part on the oven is just a receiver re: no moving parts.
If both hinges latch into the receivers OK then I would replace the door hinges.

That manual was somewhat helpful, but it did not explain how the hinge come out. As far as I can tell, it is riveted to an arm that comes out from inside the oven. I can unscrew the hinge from the door, but I have no idea how to detach it from the body of the oven. The picture looks like the rivet holding it to the oven comes out, but I can't see how. Do you know? Thanks,

It should unlatch from the receivers in the oven's sides.

Here is the operators manual, check out page 13.
