Jenn Air FCE10500W Element Replacement
Model Number: FCE10500W Brand: Jenn-Air Age: 5 - 10 years
My element was arcing, so I purchased this replacement.
Part Details - MAYTAG Element, part number: 74003019 However, when I received this replacement the tips are flat. On my existing element, the tips to connect the wires are crimped. Did I get the wrong part, or do I need to attach another way? I've tried getting the wires off the existing bad element to no avail... Related Models

Maytag changed design for this part. You have to replace the existing terminals with push-on female terminals.
