I have a Whirlpool Gold double oven (GBD307PDB7).
Everything is working on it (heating elements, convection, control panel) except the blower for the upper oven.
According to the "tech sheet" the blower should come on whenever the upper oven is on. It does not. The "tech sheet" also says that measuring across the blower should read 10-15 ohms. It reads 0-1 ohm. However, measuring across the leads when the upper oven is on shows no power either.
So, it looks to me like I need a blower for sure, but I don't understand why I don't see any power across the blower when it should be on. Is there something else to look at?
Thank you,
Teddy

Teddy, The blower motor operates by the oven control board. Shorted motor (0 Ohms reading) probably damaged the control board. Looks like you have to replace both parts. Here is the wiring diagram. - The blower assembly Part number: AP3882906

Gene, Thanks. I was afraid of that. I was hoping it was just the blower.
