Oven Repair (including Ranges and Cooktops)

When we press the bake temp button to turn on the oven the message is "off". Does that mean the controls are shot and need to be replaced? An electronic clock control panel for the 30-4980-32/03 looks the same as mine, will it work?

Most likely the problem is a bad control board (aka clock). Unfortunately this part is no longer available.
