Magic Chef oven Model 3110PRW- Pilot light works. Flame gets bigger when you try to turn on oven. No gas to burner. I saw other similar posts suggesting replace the valve.....discontinued. Another said maybe the pilot itself.
If the valve is unavailible, do I try replacing the pilot? or is it time for a new range? It appears from the diagrams that the thermo coupler would come with the valve assemly. I don't see how the pilot itself could cause this. Doesn't it make sense that it would be the thermo coupler & is there no way to replace just that?
