Oven acting up!

Model Number: RBS305PDB12 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years

I have a Whirlpool built-in oven that is 4 years old. Saturday we had a power outage and when it came back on, the oven would work right. The buttons on the control panel lit up, but the oven won"t bake now, but the broil will. Also it sounds like a fan is constantly running. Please help.
