I need to replace the oven door hinge on my maytag crg9800aae. I took off the door and don't know how to remove the old hinges. Can anyone help with instructions?

I found that I need to take off the outer panel to access the hinge. To get at the screws I lifted the cook top but bent the gas line going to one burner causing it crack. Is there a way to raise the cook top without bending the sealed burner lines? Seems like I should be able to raise the cooktop and leave the burners alone? Now that I need to replace the cracked line can I just replace the one that cracked or do I need to replace the entire assembly?
