Range broken interior glass door

Model Number: kesc307ghw1 Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: 5 - 10 years

The interior glass panel has cracked, probably by the door closing hard against a rack. I think I have found the part number to replace it, which is ap3008062. However, the parts diagram on this site shows two glass pieces (diagram item 15), and I only see one when I look at my door. My door has the exterior glass (diagram item 5, I can touch with door closed), a piece of glass behind this (diagram item 11?), and the cracked glass piece. The diagram shows 4 pieces of glass in total.

Question 1: Do I have the correct part number? Or should I disassemble the door before ordering the part?
Question 2: Can I get instructions for removing and disassembling the door?
