I have a Whirlpool Golds series Accubake gas range. The oven and broiler do not heat up. Oven clicks twice then nothing. Broiler makes no sound no heat no kidding. Range top works fine. I replaced the DSI, nothing changed. This POS range is only two and a half years old. What is my next step?

Put it in PREHEAT at 350. Open the door and see if one or both the igniters is glowing.
