Our GE double electric oven has stopped heating (lower oven only). Upper oven appears to work just fine and the control panel shows the lower oven should be heating but it doesn't happen for any of the cooking functions. My guess is the circuit board is malfunctioning and should be replaced but, due to the age of the oven I can't seem to locate the right part. Any ideas?

Ray,

Most likely the problem is a bad limit switch for the lower oven which, if it's open, interrupts power to all heating elements in the oven.

The diagrams is very unclear and I can not tell you exactly whee it's located. It can be on the back oven panel or on top of the oven (between the ovens). It should be resettable and you can reset it by pushing the red button in the center of the switch.
