Need to repair GE double oven in apartment. The top oven the bottom element doesn't get hot. The bottom oven temperature doesn't work ( has to be on highest settings to be hot enough.
I pulled off the bottom element but it is a hard wired connnection. I wanted to be sure that is the problem before attempting to replace it. How can I tell if it is the switch or the element that needs replacing? Thank you!!:o
