Oven Repair (including Ranges and Cooktops)

Modern Maid oven with two lower elements and one upper element. The Lower Outer blew and I got a replacement. Now neither lower elements are working. Where should I start looking? Is something fried possibly the oven control since the upper broil element works?

An oven problem. If I set the oven for 250 the thermometer will register 300-350 and may flutuate. Am unable to set temp needed. Could this be the thermostat??

I have the exact problem and I think its a thermostat. Everything else works.
