One of the 4 heating elements is not working. "Surface hot" lights up, but the element does not heat at all. Lifted up the surface and tested with a voltage tester. This particular heating element does not get voltage, while the rest 3 work fine. Should I buy a new heating element and replace the old one by the new? Do I need to buy the element with limiter (or without it!)? What is the limiter and does it always go together with the heating element? I need help in deciding which of the following three parts I need to order
