The element broke in our oven and I'm not sure what element to get to replace it, I can't find the model on here. It's a Westinghouse 678 and I'm not really sure how old it is but I'd say more than 10 years.

Is there a generic heating element? and, can I install it myself (being completely un-savvy in these type of things?).

Here's a photo of where the element goes in on one side, there doesn't seem to be any screws? http://i66.photobucket.c.../thenothing2/element.jpg

Thanks in advance :)
