I am rewiring a 1940 model Frigidaire range. I found replacement burners, which are 4 terminal. There are two terminals that the two hot leads and two label common, which are bonded together.

They work fine with two of my switches. But two switches are bad. These are old 6 position switches (high, med high, med low, low, simmer, off).

Will the newer style infinite switches work for these burners? Or is there a source for replacement descreet position switches?
