Thermador Griddle Igniting Issues
Model Number: PSC486GDZS Brand: Thermador Age: 1 - 5 years
Hi,
I have a Thermador cooktop with 6 star burners and one griddle. The other day the griddle stopped working. When I turn knob I hear the gas relay click, gas flows, but I do not hear the sparking that usually runs for a few seconds before stopping. Upon removing the griddle I observed the sparker (igniter?) spark 1 time when I trun the knob control. I ordered a new igniter and iginter controller but still have the same issue. I am not sure what the problem could be now - any ideas? Thanks David Related Models
