In the past 9 years, I used the oven only about 15 times. Recently I did a self-clean. After that, the oven cannot be shut off as long as it's connected to power, and the temperature doesn't seem to reach the setting any more. I also notice one spot of the bake element is partially melted and brighter than the rest. The CANCEL/OFF button is working but it will not turn the oven off. If I hold the CANCEL/OFF button for 10sec, code E0 F0 Id:30 is displayed. Based on the TECH SHEET, E0 F0 means NO FAILURE. I opened the control panel and didn't see any wires loose nor anything like burned. I had a service guy came to estimate. He wanted to replace both the computer and touch pannel for a total of $650. I was wondering if I have to do that. The upper microwave is working fine, but it's no longer usable because I had to disconnect the power. Please help. Thanks a lot.

This sounds like a control board issue.
