Oven comes up to temperature and panel shows that it shuts off the heating elements, BUT with a thermometer in oven the temperature continues to rise.
Tried this by setting it at 200 degrees and it continued till 450 degrees, after showing the elements shutting down at 200.

It is hard to say exactly what is wrong without the wiring diagram, but very likely the problem is a bad relay board (#97A on the diagram).
