Oven Repair (including Ranges and Cooktops)

This is a combo wall oven with microwave above. The broil element won't come on. Checked the element and all OK. Found that tapping on the broil element control relay would make it come on. Ordered a replacment control board for the oven. It comes with a wiring harness and plug connector on the end. How do I get the wiring harness unplugged? It looks like I need to detach and unstack the microwave from the oven,but that looks like a real chore. Is there a step by step or illustration of how to access the other end of the connector that the new harness plugs into?

Did you ever get an answer to your question. I am having the same problem. I replaced the control board with wire harness and can not figure where to insert the two wired (white) plug that is attached to the harness
