I am having a new problem with the left front burner on my range (the low simmer burner). The burner does not turn on at the first high "click" position. The igniter does spark at the high position, but gas does not flow. Gas starts to flow and the burner lights after 1/4 turn with the knob at the 7:00 position. The rear burner which is the other low simmer works fine. I have replaced a number of parts, so getting in and swapping parts out is not a problem.
