I have a Jenn-Air wall oven, model JJW9630DDB and the temperature is very erratic. I didn't realize how bad it was until I bought an oven thermometer and tried different temperature pre-heat settings. I will pre-heat for 325, and watch on the oven as it reaches 350 then stops increasing. The thermometer registers about 320. I shut the oven off, then immediately set another pre-heat temperature of 340. Now theoretically, the temperature on the oven should say 350 and there will be no preheating of the oven, but when it starts pre-heating, the temperature on the oven states 330. I have to this several times before I get close to the oven temperature I want. Happens with both convection and non-convection methods.

Any suggestions on how to fix?
