Bottom oven element won't heat up. I have an older 24" Hotpoint wall oven that the bottom element burnt up. Cat No. 1crj34A, ser. no. Zs0106744. Have replaced the bottm element with GEwb44x5019 element. Still wont heat up. Have checked/replace both fuses in fuse box. Check element terms for circuit OK. At a complete lose. Broil element heats up when on back. Any ideas would greatly be appreciated.
