burners problem
Model Number: GS5395LEGB Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years
burners will only light up manually,the igniters have a spark but will not fire-up burners, i noticed the.....ceramic? around the igniters is all brittle and broken,could that be the problem? if it is where can i find them and what exactly i am asking for. thank you!

No doubts the broken ceramic is the cause of the problem. The model number you posted does not come up. Verify and repost it.
