I have switched the potentiometers and the problem stays with the same burner that does not light...
What can i do next ..... thank you
P.S. this is one of the XLO burners:rolleyes:

Does it click and/or spark when you turn it ON?

Looks like the problem is a bad solenoid or a bad simmer control. You have to perform the troubleshooting as described in the attached file.

Here are the breakdown diagrams and Replacement parts for THERMADOR PRSG304 | AppliancePartsPros.com

Have you checked the solenoid for this burner?

If you had, what was the result?

Gene.

Can you send me a spec sheet to locate and check it. Any additional info would be helpful. Thank you, Bob.
