Oven Flame Is Yellow And High. Flame Doesn't Regulate
Brand: Whirlpool Age: Less than 1 year
I bought a 220v cook range from America and tried installing it in Nigeria. the 6 burners on the cook top all work fine. the broiler produces blue flames which i feel is a little bit too high and it doesn't have a control so the flame remains on one force. this is my first cooker powered by gas so i would appreiate an advice if this is how it's meant to be.
most importantly is my concern on the high yellow flame which burns even out of the holes in the oven. i noticed also in the manual that the range is being set to LP and it should be convereted to NG if the need arises. Pls advice what kind of gas Nigeria uses. I know we have to buy cylinders as gas isn't suppied as it is in the States or Europe.
i don't know much about this orifice thing and it';s controls. i also noticed that the oven's flame doesn't respond to the regulator.
kindly advice and thanks a great deal
