Appliance Parts from AppliancePartPros.com
Purchased part number AP3131916 due to codes.

Received new unit and replaced.

LCD display does not iluminate.

Checked connections, seems fine.

Old panel's display worked.

Suggestions?

Recheck the ribbon connection between the board and display.

The ribon is all the way in, yellow is flush, black clip in place, seems to be making connection. I get sounds when I press the buttons but no LCD. Could there be smoething else to look at or test?

Sounds like you need to replace the control board. Part number: AP3595759
