GE Gas Range not holding temperature

Need help with gas range oven on bake not maintaining temperature.

Tested @ 350 heats up and says it is 350 after 15 minutes but when turn it off & on right away says it is really only 300.
Tested @ 400 heats up and says it is 400 after 15 minutes but when turn it off & on right away says it is really only 350

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Are you getting those readings from an external thermometer, or reading them from the display?
