oven not working
Model Number: KGRT607HWH6 Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: 5 - 10 years
oven will not work , have replaced the control board $$$$ and oven will still not light . Everything else works , broiler , timers etc with the exception of bake and convection bake . Could it be the ignitor ??? Thanks

it may be ignitor, is it glowing? if so you are getting 110 volts. if not check for 11o volts at ignitor. check this first

about 2 weeks ago it wouldn't light up . when I turned on oven you would hear it click but would not light up. Called a repairman and the morning he was coming it started working again.worked for a week and quit again. had repairman come out and he said it was the control board .I bought 1 for $240 from appl partspros. installed it and it still won't work.I know i can't return the control panel because i already installed it .Thats is why after reading this forum I was thinking it might be the glow bar. I should have found this forum before I bought parts. Too soon old ,too late smart LOL
